Hello all,

We want to let you know a team member from Friendship Health and Rehab Center North has tested positive for COVID-19. This team member last worked over a week ago and has not been in the facility since the exposure that led to the contraction of COVID-19. The local health department did not recommend contact tracing or further testing for residents or staff due to the team member not being in the facility since the exposure. This team member will remain out of work until cleared by the health department to return.

We appreciate that this individual was so vigilant in noting the potential exposure early last week and refrained from returning to work.
