OurHealth Magazine is currently holding its “Senior Healthy Living Awards” survey and there are several categories for which Friendship qualifies.  Will you please take time to vote for Friendship?

At the end of the survey, (question 29), you will be asked to provide your email address.  The following question gives you the option to opt out/in for future messaging, so you are not obligating yourself to spam email by participating!  

Keep in mind, if you have more than one email, you can vote on behalf of each address - the survey has been extended until May 15th!  Also, please encourage your family members, friends and colleagues to vote for us as well.
