Staffed by our highly qualified nurses and nursing assistants, Friendship’s Health and Rehab Center offers a host of health care services.
We offer short-term rehabilitation and skilled nursing care programs, as well as long-term nursing care should it be needed. The Center also is home to a registered dietician, full-service pharmacy, laboratory services, wound care program, and more.
While some residents may need a lot of peace and quiet, we also recognize that others may desire higher levels of social interaction. That’s why we developed a special Alert, Oriented and Socially active (AOS) program. This program offers more group activities and more visitation times to help each day feel more vibrant and enjoyable.
