He's the self-described Captain of Food & Fun....Wilfried Schilling spent 50 years as a maitre d' in top restaurants in Canada, Las Vegas and Atlantic City. Life might be a little quieter here for him now in Roanoke-- but he's always ready for a dinner party. WVTF's Connie Stevens has his story.
