Accommodations for Independent Living Apartments

Independent Living at Friendship only requires an approved application, refundable security deposit equal to one month’s rent and a yearly lease. All rates include basic cable, water, sewer and trash pick up. Electricity is additional in all buildings except Westwood. As a resident you will enjoy all the fine amenities our independent living apartments have to offer.
